Knit or Not
The Knit or Not ministry is a fellowship for women interested in arts and crafts like knitting, or for those less inclined, not doing anything of the like. For those who gather, the most important thing is that they gather and joyfully share an afternoon of fun together. All are welcome regardless of skill, and what is produced goes to benefit local charities. Knit or Not meets on Tuesdays at 2:30pm.
Friday Night Youth Group
We team up with the Giving Church, Banseok Fellowship every Friday night to provide our combined youth with an opportunity to worship, study Scripture, grow in faith and have lots and lots of fun. Most nights begin with a worship service, followed by Bible study, and ending with free time in the arcade or on the ping pong table. Youth group meets on Fridays at 7pm.
Adult Bible Study
Please join us for our weekly Bible Study with Pastor Kevin Kwon. Pastor Kevin is leading us with a lively study program using the book titled “Coffee Break” which is a program centered on Bible Study and group sharing of experiences in a relaxed environment. Bible Study meets each Thursday
at 1:00 pm in the church conference room. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn, share and grow in your Christian faith and life.
Children's Sunday School
We gather the children at 10:15am during our adult worship service which includes a Children's Sermon. Following the Children's Sermon they are escorted to the Sunday School room for a time of fun and Scriptural reflection. We equip the students through play and story lessons to become better Christians, better people, and better servants in the community.
We engage in a great deal of local mission work to alleviate hunger and homelessness by providing everyday necessities to charities as we are called upon through our Christian life. This includes consistent donations to the Center for Food Action and joining in mission work, through our Presbytery, in areas afflicted with environmental catastrophes. We partner with our sister churches in Moonachie and Lyndhurst to work with the Family Promise program in Bergen County. We happily reach out to our neighbors regardless of race or creed.
